Winter Consignment Auction 2015. This live auction will be on our Auction Lot at FM 970, Florence, Texas, Saturday, February 7, 2015. We will be accepting consignments starting Wed. (February 4, 2015) from 8am to 5:45pm thru Friday (February 6, 2015) from 8am to 5:45pm). The auction lot will close FRIDAY at 6:00 pm with no exceptions. No items will be accepted Saturday the day of auction. Previewing will be all day Wed, Thur, and Friday the week of sale from 8:00 to 5:45 each day and 8:00 am till the sale starts Saturday, February 7. TERMS OF SALE: All purchases must be paid in full the day of sale. Cash or approved checks w/proper ID. NO DRAFTS: Visa, MasterCard or Discover Credit Cards accepted. NO BUYERS PREMIUM A 3% Office charge will be charged on all purchases, BUT if you pay with cash or check a 3% discount will be given. Loader tractor will be available the day of sale and Sunday, February 8, 2015 from 10am to 12 noon. All items sell, "AS IS WHERE IS", With no guarantee implied or expressed. All items bought online must be paid in full by Saturday, February 7,2015 by 6:00 pm. NO BUYERS PREMIUM. All items must be picked up no later than Sunday, February 8th by 6:00 pm. Loader tractor will be available day of sale and Sunday the 8th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you are unable to pick up during these times you must make arrangements with Auctioneer prior to start of auction. Any items left on lot after Sunday 6:00pm will require the buyer to pay a 50.00 dollar access fee to pickup items. All items left on lot after 30 days from closing of sale will be subject to storage fees or will be sold in next auction to recover storage fees.
